Dear Business Owner, We have a fun opportunity for your business or club to participate in the “Super Saturday” promotion that is taking place throughout the summer. The idea is to reward shoppers for coming in to town during the construction project with a coupon or treat of some kind. We are looking for business sponsors to provide roughly 20 -30 simple coupons or treats that will be handed out on Saturdays. Your business would be featured on one specific Saturday of your choosing. We are also looking for enthusiastic volunteers to walk around town on a Saturday from approximately 11am – 1pm handing out coupons/treats. This is a great way to build community and has potential for cooperative marketing. If your business is celebrating something in particular this summer, that would be a great time to highlight your business. We have Saturdays available after Memorial weekend and would love for your business or club to participate this summer and help keep Amery thriving! If you are interested in participating, please contact Julie Powers at julieanntbh@hotmail.com to sign up or for more information. Thank you for your time and attention, ACC Promotions Committee

We live in challenging and uncertain times right now and we hope you have been successful in educating your staff on the importance of having a secure environment in place for employees working remotely - their safety and the safety of our communities is the number one concern. Unfortunately, hackers do not share this same sentiment. Cyber criminals are taking advantage of the current state of affairs and our security partners are seeing a rise in spear phishing attempts, malware embedded PDFs, Word documents, and ransomware - all targeting unprotected remote users. Here's a quick customer check list to make sure the right cybersecurity measures are in place for your remote users: 1. Do you have a secure VPN set up? 2. Do all your company issued devices have Anti-Virus/Endpoint protection? 3. Are your employees using personal laptops/desktops, and do they have AntiVirus/Endpoint protection? 4. Do your employees have the right email security solutions in place to handle advanced spear-phishing and credential compromise attacks? Please contact us if you require help answering any questions regarding the security of your remote users. Sincerely,
The staff at Connecting Point Inc. 216 Keller Ave. North Amery WI 54001 Phone: 715-268-8159 Online: www.4thepoint.com

Navigate the extended and expanded Employee Retention Credit (ERC) with CarlsonSV, LLP
The extended and expanded employee retention credit could have significant benefits for you and your business. However, the regulations surrounding the ERC tend to be fact specific and tedious. At CarlsonSV, we have a dedicated team available to assist you with little disruption to your business operations. What is the Employee Retention Credit?
Fully refundable tax credit for eligible employers impacted by Covid‐19 Up to $5,000 per employee for wages paid between March 12, 2020 and December 31, 2020 Up to $7,000 per employee per quarter for 2021 Negatively impacted businesses could receive up to $33,000 per employee
Who Qualifies?
Businesses, including tax‐exempt organizations, that either: o Fully or partially suspended operation during any calendar quarter in 2020 due to orders from an appropriate governmental authority limiting commerce, travel, or group meetings due to Covid‐19; or o Experienced a significant decline in gross receipts during a calendar quarter Additional considerations given to businesses who experienced a nominal disruption The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) made several changes and specifically it retroactively allows Paycheck Protection Program loan borrowers to be eligible for the credit.
What is included in the CarlsonSV advisory service?
Determine your eligible credit and adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements. Ensure your credit is substantiated to mitigate future audit risk. Utilize a custom approach for your business to maximize your credit opportunities in assistance with obtaining forgiveness on your PPP loan. Prepare tax form filings or amendments for previously filed returns
