Teknomek is the UK’s leading manufacturer of hygienic furniture and equipment - our mission is to be our customers’ expert partner, helping to provide risk-managed hygienic solutions and audit ready hygiene support

What we do

We design, build and supply specialist furniture and equipment for industries where excellence in hygiene is critical, so that our customers can create productive, riskmanaged and hygienic work environments.

Teknomek serves and supports a wide range of hygienecritical industries across the UK, Europe and beyond, from food processing to pharmaceuticals and construction.

Our products are designed and manufactured to exacting standards, using 304 and 316 stainless steel or Sealwise Waterproof Construction Board (WCB), making them hard-wearing, easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Our highly skilled professionals use precision welding techniques to create furniture which is best-in-class.

We are ISO 9001 certiﬁed and every product we make or source is suited to rigorous hygiene and HACCP routines. The majority of Teknomek products are designed and made in our state-of-the-art UK manufacturing facility.

Any parts or products not made in-house are carefully researched and quality controlled to ensure they meet the high standards that Teknomek has become known for. We can customise many of our products to suit your needs, and produce bespoke items with the help of our expert in-house design and engineering team.

Book a site visit

For help with a new build or renovation, one of our Sales Consultants can visit you to review your plans and walk around your site to understand your needs.

Step three: Designing your

layouts

Our in-house CAD designers will produce a room layout plan to your speciﬁcation along with a detailed quotation.

Step four:

Manufacturing & delivery

Once the drawing and quote has been approved, your design will be manufactured in our custom built facility, ready for delivery and installation at your site.

Teknomek’s commitment to quality, value and service means we are always looking for ways we can improve to better serve our customers and their businesses.

Same Day dispatch

We know that sometimes you need products urgently; when you need them, you need them. We are offering a ‘same day dispatch’ service on critical spares items such as valves and elements as well as a number of other essentials – place your order with our Customer Service team or via our website by 1pm for a UK next day delivery. Refer to our pricing tables and look out for the highlighted products.

Fast Track

Our industry beating lead times for our standard and bespoke products will ﬁt the bill in the majority of instances. However, sometimes you need them quicker to keep the production line going. In that case, let us know and we will see if we can improve our lead times on a selection of products to get what you need when you need it.

Etching service

For those items that require hygienic labelling, our etching service can provide whatever etched text you require. We have highlighted some of our most popular etched items, but if you require any other products etched, give our customer service team a call on +44 (0)1603 381 177.

304L and 316L

Here at Teknomek, we always aim to provide the best possible hygienic designs and raw materials. We therefore use 304L and 316L stainless steel for our furniture produced in Norfolk; the L denotes that the stainless steel has a lower carbon content, which reduces the potential of corrosion, especially along welded joints.
