Breath
ECOLOGICAL LEATHER EDITION
I take a breath,
get away from the usual grind
and decide to take a different path from the normal one.
I lose myself along the holm oak path,
I’m caressed by the East wind,
I listen to the babbling of the water
and smell the aroma of lavender and rosemary...
I find myself.
My present moment becomes slower,
I feel freer recalling far off memories from my childhood; the smell of freshly cut grass,
long summer naps,
and magic sunsets.
Tomo un respiro,
me alejo de la rutina habitual
y decido elegir una ruta distinta de la programada. Me pierdo tras la senda de la encina,
acaricio el viento de levante,
escucho el murmullo del agua
y siento el aroma de lavandas y romeros...
me encuentro.
Mi presente se torna más lento,
me siento más libre evocando
la memoria escondida de la infancia;
olor a hierba recién cortada,
largas siestas de verano
y atardeceres mágicos.
