Aerial Photographers throughout Europe and members of PAPA from around the world are invited to attend the first ever PAPA Conference in Europe, taking place September 19-20, 2013 near Copenhagen, Denmark. PAPA International Director, Jesper Larson owner of Eagle Luftfoto of Denmark, has great plans. The conference will be held in the town of Odense, at the Odense Airport.

C ONFERENCE S CHEDULE In addition to a couple of subject-specific sessions, a great deal of the conference will be devoted to a moderated round-table discussion--your chance to get inside the minds of some of the most experienced aerial photographers in our industry as well as the newer aerialists who bring fresh ideas to the discussion. For those interested in trying aerial photography from a Cessna Cardinal, Red Wing Aerials will make their cardinals available for short photo flights throughout the downtown and Mission areas of San Antonio.
T RAVEL Whether you're flying commercial or GA, the Hotels are located about twelve minutes from either airport. If you're flying GA, you'll want to fly into Stinson (KSSF) and park free at the Red Wing Aerials ramp (Hangar 6). The first couple of folks to fly GA into Stinson are welcome to use our courtesy cars. The conference will be held in the main terminal building nearby.

C ONFERENCE F EES Because Red Wing Aerials is a tenant at Stinson, PAPA has access to the Airport's newly renovated conference facility at no charge, keeping your conference fees low at only $65! Saturday breakfast and lunch will be provided through your conference registration fee. For those arriving Friday, the Butts will host a poolside backyard San Antonio style Mexican BBQ with fajitas, rice, beans, beverages, and a few surprises.

The Hilton Doubletree is located on the West side of downtown, near El Mercado (Market Square), has a courtesy shuttle from the hotel to the Alamo every hour, has extended us a generous group rate of $99 nightly and has included parking and wifi for each of our group.
