“Energetic and light benefits from the sunlight are some of the factors that better regulate life’squality in human habitat, as much in private and public spaces.” (Contardo et al.)

This proposal highlights the materials’ properties allowing the user to “color” the space with furniture and decoration elements as this is a “white canvas”

The project requires the individual design of the 12 plans shown above to achieve thebuilding’s transformation process and reach the highest levels of density stipulated by the“Partial Plan of Territorial Ordering of San Francisco” (PPTO).
