Ecocycle® es una innovadora iniciativa de Krion orientada a la sostenibilidad y la economía circular. Este sistema permite la producción de superficies sólidas (Solid Surface) incorporando hasta un 40% de material reciclado.
El proceso comienza con la recolección de excedentes de fabricación, es decir, los restos de material que sobran durante la producción de las planchas. En lugar de ser desechados, estos sobrantes son cuidadosamente seleccionados y preparados para ser reutilizados.
Una vez recogidos, los residuos se someten a un proceso de transformación en el que se convierten en chips o partículas recicladas. Estas pequeñas piezas son la base del siguiente paso: su incorporación en nuevas planchas de Krion®. Este nuevo material conserva todas las propiedades técnicas y estéticas del producto original, con la ventaja de tener un menor impacto medioambiental.
Ecocycle® is an innovative initiative by Krion focused on sustainability and the circular economy. This system allows for the production of solid surfaces (Solid Surface) incorporating up to 40% recycled material.
The process begins with the collection of manufacturing surplus, i.e. the material left over during the production of the sheets. Instead of being discarded, these leftovers are carefully selected and prepared for reuse.
Once collected, the waste undergoes a transformation process in which it is converted into recycled chips or particles. These small pieces form the basis of the next step: their incorporation into new Krion® sheets. This new material retains all the technical and aesthetic properties of the original product, with the added advantage of having a lower environmental impact.

The ARROW Series features countertops made of Krion® Shell, a high-quality material available in white, both glossy and matte finishes. Their self-supporting design allows them to be fixed directly to the wall with screws, ensuring a firm and aesthetic installation. They incorporate an overflow and a large skirting board, giving them a modern and uniform look.

Los paneles, con medidas de hasta de 1200 x 2700 mm, tienen relieves y geometrías que recrean materiales como mortero, mármol, piedras naturales, terracota, maderas y textiles. Los paneles son altamente flexibles y su reducido espesor, entre 2 y 8 mm, le aporta ligereza. Un material fácil de manipular y de instalación en seco, ideal para revestimientos de paredes, techos, mobiliario y equipamiento.
Dado su bajo espesor es idóneo para instalar sobre materiales ya existentes en paredes, simplificando las reformas o remodelaciones, o directamente sobre mampostería o pladur. Dependiendo del formato, la instalación puede realizarla un profesional o un particular sin necesidad de obra.

These panels, measuring up to 1200 x 2700 mm, have reliefs and geometries that recreate materials such as clay plaster marble, natural stone, terracotta, wood and textiles. The panels are highly flexible, and their reduced thickness, from 2 to 8 mm, makes them lightweight. An easy-to-handle and dry-install material, ideal for wall cladding, ceilings, furniture and equipment.
Due to its low thickness, it is ideal for installation on existing wall materials, simplifying refurbishment or remodelling, or directly on masonry or plasterboard. Depending on the format, installation can be carried out by a professional or a private individual without the need for building work.
