James Cole — one of the most recognized names in the cruise industry — launched Panache Cruises in 2020. Guided by one principle, ‘Nothing is too much trouble’, he wanted to disrupt the industry and do things differently.
Fast forward to the present day, and it’s exactly that ethos that still drives us forward. We exist to provide a worldclass luxury cruising experience, from your first interaction with us, right through to your return from your cruise and beyond. We meet you where you are on your cruise journey, be that just browsing, ready to book or as one of our repeat Founders members on the search for your next luxury cruise.
We aim to inspire you with relevant, engaging and inspirational content, answering all your questions and needs before walking you through the booking process with a truly personal approach. We know you want to deal with an expert cruise connoisseur, dedicated to you — so that’s what we are. We know you want a truly unique experience, not a ready-made holiday, so we make that happen. We know you want unrivalled financial security and complete confidence that your money is in the right hands — and our ATOL-approved gives you just that. The list goes on.
Our brilliant cruise connoisseurs are the lifeblood of Panache Cruises. They’re welltraveled, like-minded cruise fans, each a specialist in a different destination or type of cruise.
Some are hardy souls who prefer the adrenaline of an expedition cruise; others are laid-back and choose the luxury ocean life, relaxing on a cabana with a cold drink in their hand. All of them are lovely, engaging and willing to do whatever it takes to get your dream vacation booked.
You’ll only ever be assigned one cruise connoisseur. They’ll get to know you, understand exactly what you’re looking for and make personalized recommendations based on what you like. On average, each connoisseur has around 10 years of experience each, and between them they’ve got well over 100 years! The devil is in the detail, Nothing is too much trouble — however you want to say it — everything is taken care of with your luxury cruise booking by our cruise connoisseurs.
Our Founders rewards program gives you exclusive benefits and discounts when you book a luxury cruise with us. Collect points by booking luxury cruises with us and move up through the tiers from Bronze level all the way up to Platinum. Refer your friends to Panache Cruises, earn extra points, and then spend those points as cash value off your next cruise; 10,000 points is worth $100. All you need to do is make a booking with Panache Cruises and you’ll automatically become a Founders member with access to all these benefits.
• Free giveaways as you move through the Founders tiers
• Invitation to a full schedule of hosted Founders cruises
• Exclusive luxury cruise offers in your inbox regularly
• VIP access to events and ship visits
• Direct access to James Cole
You’ll also receive exclusive invitations to our Founders cruises, hosted by James Cole. He will share his love and passion for luxury cruising with you aboard some of the most beautiful ships sailing the Seven Seas. The main draw of these beautiful experiences is the sense of community felt on board amongst fellow passengers. You can choose to enjoy mealtimes together, explore ashore together, drink together and share stories in the evenings. You’ll make friends and memories that last a lifetime. Our Founders programme rewards luxury cruisers
Head to our Trustpilot and you’ll see we’re 5.0-outof-5.0 stars; the only UK cruise agency so highlyrated. You’ll find hundreds of glittering reviews about our cruise connoisseurs and the service they offer. We love that. Making you happy motivates us, giving us faith and justification in our hard work. We love that our customers choose us, time-and-again, as their luxury cruise agent.
Part of our difference is that we are industry insiders. We speak to our cruise line partners daily, keeping each other up-to-date with current goings-on. The benefit of such a strong relationship is that we can offer insights and prices you won’t find anywhere else.
Our cruise line partners trust us; we even invited them to our staff parties!
We’re trustworthy too. The Travel Trust Association provides us with a trust account where all customer monies are paid until they are required to pay for your cruise holiday.
Panache Cruises is also an ATOL-bonded travel company, which means your holiday, cash and all, is fully protected. You can absolutely rely on us with your luxury cruise holiday.

River, Ocean and Expedition vessels that bring you closer to your destination
At Viking, we build innovative ships that are the right size for the experience—with a signature Scandinavian design that never upstages the destination.
INTIMATE RIVER VESSELS with all the amenities of an elegant boutique hotel, including an unparalleled choice of all-outside staterooms, expansive views from floor-to-ceiling windows and al fresco dining. From the space-saving square bow to the patented asymmetrical corridor design, our revolutionary and award-winning Viking Longships have been designed to enhance your journey.
ALL-VERANDA OCEAN SHIPS that host fewer than 1,000 guests, with the ability to dock in the world’s greatest cities, as well as seldom visited small ports that are out of reach for mega-liners.And with a private veranda in every stateroom, an Infinity Pool at the stern and abundant options for al fresco dining, each day brings new opportunities for stunning views of your destination.
OUR EXPEDITION SHIPS are customized to navigate the planet’s most remote environments but offer the same comfort as our ocean and river ships. Open and serene Scandinavian spaces greet you throughout. Settle into the Aquavit Bar for an afternoon Irish coffee or stop by The Living Room to listen to a classical trio. Relax in The Spa, lounge by the outdoor lava rock“firepit”or curl up in the comfort of your own stateroom, all with breathtaking vistas.
Created by interior architects who have designed some of the world’s finest hotels, the signature Scandinavian design of our ships celebrates our Nordic heritage: clean lines, colorful woven textiles and light woods that evoke the original Viking explorers’ connection to the natural world. Public spaces are light-filled, airy and quiet; staterooms feature thoughtful amenities, including heated bathroom floors, anti-fog mirrors and luxury bed linens; and throughout each ship you will find great attention to detail in leather handrails, original Nordic artwork and libraries stocked with books curated by London bookshop Heywood Hill.
Experiencing a culture through its food and wine
A GREAT JOY OF TRAVEL lies in sampling the fresh fare and culinary traditions for which a place is known. Locally sourced ingredients—such as Norwegian salmon, Dutch gouda, Hungarian paprika and Spanish jamón inspire our highly trained chefs to create authentic regional dishes on every itinerary. Across our fleet, we offer the most al fresco dining on any waterway, so you always have the option to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine while completely surrounded by the scenery.
DINING ON A VIKING RIVER SHIP, you will find the ideal setting for impeccable service and casual elegance. On our European river vessels, choose between our main dining room, The Restaurant, and the indoor/outdoor Aquavit Terrace.
DINING ON A VIKING OCEAN OR EXPEDITION SHIP, you can experience multiple dining options, from Mamsen’s Norwegian Deli and the open kitchens of the World Cafe—to Manfredi’s Italian trattoria and 24-hour room service.
A PERFECT PAIRING. While we always offer complimentary beer and wine at lunch and dinner, our Silver Spirits Beverage Package provides unlimited beverages at all onboard venues anytime throughout the duration of your voyage. For only $27 per day, the package includes our house champagne, wine and beer, plus select premium wine, cocktails, aperitifs, a selection of upgraded whiskeys and more.
Thoughtful attention from dedicated staff
ONLY THE VERY BEST. Our knowledgeable and highly experienced Swiss management oversees your entire journey and handpicks each member of our onboard team. Rigorous training and inspiring leadership have also made Viking the employer of choice.
A WARM WELCOME. We are dedicated to ensuring everyone feels at home on board our ships. We are also proud that 80% of our staff return year after year, so you can expect familiar faces and the same quality service every time you travel with us.

How do we do it?
• With a 100% small ship fleet, Viking is the largest luxury cruise line*. This means we have considerable economies of scale in the building of vessels and the purchasing of goods and services for ongoing operations. Therefore, we can accommodate more guests with the same operating costs and pass that benefit on to our guests, in the form of lower prices.
• Our award-winning fleet is the largest in the river cruise industry, by far. We also own and operate our ships and the best docking locations on the rivers of Europe. Our fleet of Viking Longships has a patented design which features three full decks— maximizing space on board that otherwise goes unused on many competitor ships. Viking Longships also feature asymmetric corridors, which has allowed us to create true two-room suites.
• Our award-winning fleet of both ocean and expedition ships is designed to be spaceand energy-efficient, without onboard features like casinos and children’s areas. This creative design maximizes space for guest rooms and reduces overall fuel costs.

Embark on a journey of a lifetime with Viking’s World Cruise itineraries, which offer unparalleled opportunities to explore the world, visiting off-the-beaten-path ports and immersing yourself in diverse cultures and landscapes. These epic voyages of discovery allow you to achieve more travel milestones on a single journey.
Imagine setting sail on our ocean world cruise, a “latitudinal” adventure that takes you from the sunny shores of Ft. Lauderdale to the historic city of London. This west-to-east journey spans six continents, multiple oceans and countless experiences. From the picturesque landscapes of Southeast Asia to the vibrant markets of Morocco, each stop is a new chapter in your travel story. The Viking World Cruise itinerary is designed to provide deep cultural immersion, with expert-led excursions and onboard enrichment programs that bring each destination to life.
Or perhaps consider our expedition world cruise—Arctic to Antarctic Explorer— a “longitudinal” voyage from the icy realms of the Arctic to the southernmost tip of South America via Antarctica. Starting in Nuuk, Greenland, and ending in Ushuaia, Argentina, this north-to-south expedition is an opportunity to explore some of the world’s most remote regions. Traverse the rugged wilderness of the Canadian High Arctic, navigate the majestic Chilean fjords and witness the pristine beauty of Antarctica. Along the way, engage in thrilling activities such as kayaking, nature hikes and Zodiac adventures. On board, our Science Lab and world-class lectures provide hands-on learning and deeper insights into the regions you explore.
Whether you choose the ocean world cruise or the expedition world cruise, these once-in-a-lifetime journeys offer the same discovery and comfort for which Viking is known—on a larger scale.
