Healthy Shamrock Shake Ingredients 1/4 cup Frozen Avocado 2 cups Spinach 1 cup Almond Milk 1/4 tsp. Peppermint Extract 2 Scoops Lean Ice

Chocolate Coffee Shake Ingredients 2 Scoops Lean, Any Flavor Coffee Powder, to taste 2 tbsp. Coffee Syrup 8oz. Almond Milk

Directions 1. Fill your cup with ice. Dump in Blender 2. Add Ingredients 3. Blend together 3 minutes or until smooth

Blueberry Honey Ice Cream Ingredients 1 Cup Blueberries 1 tbsp Honey 2 Cups Cottage Cheese 3 tbsp Low Fat Cream Cheese 1/4 cup Honey 1 Scoop Plexus Lean Vanilla Protein Powder

Directions 1. Put one cup of Blueberries in sauce pan with 1 tbsp honey.

Cook it until it looks like jam. Be sure to smash the blueberries up while cooking.

2. Combine remaining ingredients.

3. Layer Cottage Cheese mixture, then the blueberry mixture and swirl with knive.

4. Let it freeze at least 3 hours.

5. Enjoy!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chippers Ingredients 1 cup Peanut Butter 1 cup Oats 1/3 cup Honey 2 Scoops Chocolate or Vanilla Lean 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Form into balls.

3. Put on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

4. Freeze or refrigerate until chilled.

Red, White and Blue Protein Smoothie Ingredients 8oz of your favorite milk 2 scoops Plexus Collagen Complex 2 scoops Plexus Vanilla Lean 1 scoop Blueberry Açaí Hydrate Handful of strawberries Ice

Salted Chocolate Toffee Coffee Ingredients 10 oz. Brewed Coffee, hot or cold 1 tsp toffee or caramel extract 2 scoops Milk Chocolate Lean Meal Replacement 2 tbsp Whipped or Coconut Cream Sea Salt Flakes

Directions 1. Blend ingredients in blender on low for about 20-30 seconds.

2. Pour into mug 3. Top with whip topping and sea salt.

Pumpkin Spice Lean Protein Muffins Ingredients 10 oz Lean Spiced Pumpkin (dry weight -- use a kitchen scale for weight, NOT a measuring cup) 1 can pumpkin (15 oz) 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions 1. Scoop (used a cookie scoop) into greased muffin tin.

2. Bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes, or until knife comes out clean or firm to touch.

3. Cool and enjoy!

4. (Made 20 muffins; used one cookie scoop per muffin.)

Protein Pancakes Ingredients 2 scoops Plexus Lean, any flavor 2 cups flour 2 tbsp sugar 1.5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Dash of cinnamon

Directions 1. Mix all ingredients together with water or your favorite milk.

Spiced Pumpkin Protein Muffins Ingredients 2 cups rolled oats divided 1 cup Spiced Pumpkin Lean 1 cup canned pumpkin 2 eggs 1 cup milk of choice 1-1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp baking powder

Directions 1. Preheat oven 350 f 2. Prepare a muffin pan with paper cups or grease with coconut oil 3. Important: turn 1 cup rolled oats into a fine flour using a food processor about one min 4. In large mix bowl, mix all of the ingredients and stir well 5. Divide the batter among 10-12 muffins tins, filling them all the way to the top 6. Bake for 18-20 min or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of one of the muffin comes clean You can add chocolate chips or raisin if desired.

Spiced Pumpkin Blondie Ingredients 2 scoops Plexus Spiced Pumpkin Lean Protein 3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce A few walnuts if you like them (or pecans!!!)

Dash of cinnamon, ground clove and pink salt (to taste)

Directions 1. Stir and microwave for 90 seconds for a gooey center or 1 minute and 45 seconds for a firmer cake.
