Hello, I am Bridget Erskine and have worked in the property market since 2007 with a short break when we lived in Zambia. I have gathered excellent experience in various fields of property ownership from launching new developments; urban living and agricultural properties from the north coast of KZN to the beautiful Midlands. I was born and raised on a farm and then happily married a farmer! This has given me a deep love for the land and shaped me in valuable lessons such as patience, respect and always hope for a good harvest literally and figuratively. I have 3 children who have chosen fascinating careers, a pilot, remedial educationalist and a chef who have worked from Murmansk to the Antarctic and many places in between. My husband is retired and therefore it is time for me to indulge my passion for real estate. We currently live in Garlington Estate in the bucolic village of Hilton. Hello, I am Janine van Greunen and have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2019. I grew up in Pietermaritzburg which allows me the opportunity to provide local insight to my clients. A genuine passion and love for what I do drives me to succeed. I am a perfectionist with a strong work ethic and pride myself in being honest, reliable, and professional always. I am a proud Mom of two boys and firmly believe that family is everything. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, I worked in the I.T. field for a large international company for 10 years, before being fortunate enough to stay-at-home to raise my boys. During this time, I assisted my late husband with the management of his various businesses. His most recent company being involved in property development. Together we owned numerous investment properties, the majority of which were bought through Pam Golding Properties. Through these transactions, I gained a fair amount of knowledge in both buying and selling properties from a buyer?s perspective, which enables me to relate to my clients?needs and expectations. Outside of the office, I am passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I love to watch and support my boys in their various sporting activities, so most Saturdays are spent next to the sports field cheering them on.
