El MUSE forma parte del plan de reconversión de una extensión urbana del distrito de Albere, un sitio junto al río que antiguamente albergaba la fábrica de neumáticos Michelin. Ha sido creado para devolver a los ciudadanos de Trento un territorio abandonado, recuperar la relación con el centro de la ciudad y la ciudad con el río Adige. Desarrollado sobre una superficie de 11 hectáreas, incluye apartamentos, oficinas, tiendas, parques, un centro cultural polivalente y el nuevo museo Tridentino de Ciencias Naturales, MUSE (en su interior hay exposiciones, una biblioteca, archivos, laboratorios, e incluso un poco de selva), y está conectado al centro a través de un bici carril que discurre junto al río
MUSE is part of the redevelopment plan for an urban extension of the Albere district, a riverside site that formerly housed the Michelin tire factory. It has been created to return to the citizens of Trento an abandoned territory, to regain the relationship with the city center and the city with the Adige river. Developed on an area of 11 hectares, it includes apartments, offices, shops, parks, a multipurpose cultural center and the new Tridentine Museum of Natural Sciences, MUSE (inside there are exhibitions, a library, archives, laboratories, and even a bit of selva), and is connected to the center through a bike lane that runs alongside the river.
