Payment

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. The Art of Pamela Joy Trow accepts payment via credit card or check (payable to Pamela Joy Trow). Orders will ship once funds are cleared by The Art of Pamela Joy Trow financial institution. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

Art Prints 8 x 10 $10 each: minimum order 3 per SKU

Blank Greeting Cards $2.75 each: minimum order 6 per SKU

Bookmarks $1.50 each: minimum order 6 per SKU

Luggage Tags $3.00 each: minimum order 3 per SKU

Magnets $2 each: minimum order 3 per SKU

Postcards $1.25 each: minimum order 6 per SKU

Stickers $2– $2.50 each: minimum order 3 per SKU

Turnaround Time

Our standard turn-around is 4–7 business days. Longer turn-around times may occur if items need to be printed/ replenished, and during the holiday season. Please contact us if you have a specific delivery date.

Shipping

Orders ship from Seminole, Florida via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx Ground, based on the most economical shipping rate. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. Orders typically ship within 4 days. If items need to be printed, shipping time may be longer. Buyers will be notified if items are back ordered or may cause shipping delays. The Art of Pamela Joy Trow gladly covers insurance on domestic orders $200 and over. International retailers cover all shipping fees and import/export costs. The Art of Pamela Joy Trow is not responsible for any carrier delays and losses.

Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges

The Art of Pamela Joy Trow does not accept returns. Exchanges are processed only for damaged products. Any purchases made through Faire, or on any online marketplace, must be returned through the online marketplaces’ return channel.

Backorders

You will be notified of any item needing to be re-printed/ replenished, and an expected in-stock date. Once an item is back in stock, it is shipped out immedíately.

Printing/Packaging

Items are printed in the USA on high quality paper stocks.

Cards are 5 x 7 (A7), blank inside, packaged in a clear cello sleeve with envelope. Envelope color may vary from photos.

Art Prints are packaged with backing board in a clear flapped cello sleeve.

Art prints are available in custom sizes. Minimums apply. Contact us for pricing.

Bookmarks, luggage tags, magnets, and stickers ship loose.

Online Retailers

Re-sale of The Art of Pamela Joy Trow products on Amazon, Ebay, and Etsy, or any similar platforms, are not permitted. Any wholesale accounts not in compliance will be terminated.
