Recognizing Outstanding Performance on the Job
A great indicator of customer experience is the feedback we receive from our stakeholders –our customers. Our customer service receives hundreds of calls each month praising our drivers and staff on a job well done.
Each month, those commendations are compiled and displayed on internal screens for all staff to see, featuring the employee’s picture, the commendation also includes the name of the person who took the time to call and provide positive feedback on our service and employees. While this is part of recognizing employees, it is also showcasing one of our core values to the entire staff, influencing and inspiring others.
