Exclusive to Palmetto Bluff property owners, Palmetto Bluff Club membership means more than the chance to enjoy exceptional amenities.

The Club is a culture that nurtures a sense of belonging and connectivity among members – many who come from all points of the globe to live the best of the Lowcountry and cultivate a lifetime of memories with friends, neighbors, and family.

The Palmetto Bluff Club team is fully dedicated to providing impeccable service and creating year-round programming for all our members and their interests.

EXPERIENCE

Property owners who join the Palmetto Bluff Club do so with a Base Membership.

The Base Membership offers a comprehensive member services and concierge team as well as complete access to amenities — including wellness and fitness centers, swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, and sports courts, clubhouses, dining, and marina facilities. It also encompasses all social events and activities and tailored programming for children, teenagers, and individuals with special needs.

Joining Fee: $ 50,000 (non-refundable)

Base Membership Annual Dues: $ 8,745

An exclusive membership club for property owners, the Palmetto Bluff Club offers an unmatched collection of amenities, distinctive venues, and privileges for all Base Members.

CLUB CONCIERGE

The Club Concierge team is available to all members to help make reservations, answer questions about membership and the community, provide complimentary notary services and event registration, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for members.

CLUB EVENTS

Events are the centerpiece of life for Palmetto Bluff Club members. The Club hosts a robust calendar of special events to celebrate fellowship, the holidays, culinary excellence, and authentic connections with friends, neighbors, and the community.

DINING

Canoe Club

Experience the panoramas of the May River and Inland Waterway while savoring the Canoe Club's ‘river to table’ delights. The Club’s culinary team is proud to celebrate the Lowcountry’s bounty, featuring locally sourced shrimp, oysters, other seafood specialties, and seasonal fresh vegetables, beef, and poultry from area farms.

Cole's

Named after former Palmetto Bluff landowners, Cole’s is a family-friendly members’ gathering place with a deliciously crafted menu paired with innovative libations, local brews, curated wines, and friendly service. After dinner, members gather at the Boundary Bowling Alley and Game Room for competition and camaraderie.

Crossroads

The food truck at Crossroads features a menu of delicious, smoky barbecue infused with an international twist and a beverage trailer serving craft beers and signature cocktails.

May River Grill

Surrounded by magnificent fairway views and lush live oaks, the May River Grill is perfect for a laid-back lunch or post-round bite. Enjoy a meal inside or on the terrace, or quench your thirst with a delicious cocktail at the bar while watching golfers finish their round on the 18th hole. The May River Grill provides lunch, dinner, and libations until the last player calls it a day.

RECREATION

Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club

Spread across 120 acres, the Shooting Club offers clay, trap, and skeet stands, as well as archery, hunting simulations, and axe-throwing stations.

NSCA-certified instructors are on-hand to provide daily lessons and monthly clinics and organize special events and tournaments.

Longfield Stables

The 173-acre equestrian center is a standout among the country’s best, featuring a covered arena, outdoor dressage arena, turf jump field, multiple barns, and expanded trail riding program. Activities and services include lessons, events, and annual horse shows.

The Boundary Bowling Alley & Game Room

Located in Moreland Village, members seeking friendly competition can throw a strike in the Boundary bowling alley or challenge friends and family to a game of pool or foosball in the game room.

PBGO: Growing Outdoors

PBGO: Growing Outdoors is a multifaceted, age-specific program for our youngest members and their families to learn, have fun, and grow on

Palmetto Bluff’s 20,000 acres. The program offers a robust calendar of activities for Bluff children of all ages and members with special needs.

Wilson Lawn & Racquet Club

This recreational hub includes eight Har-Tru tennis courts, nine pickleball courts, two bocce courts, four courtside shelters, and two pristine croquet lawns equipped with professionals who offer lessons to enhance your skills.

SWIMMING + WELLNESS FACILITIES

Canoe

Club Pool + Studio

At the Canoe Club in Wilson Village, members stay fit and refreshed with fitness classes like Pilates, barre, and yoga taught in a studio overlooking the May River. After working out, enjoy the main pool with lap lanes, a smaller recreational pool, kiddie pool, or hot tub. In the warmer months, food and beverage services are available.

Moreland Pools + Movement Studio

A zero-entry family pool and adult lap pool with junior Olympic-size lanes serves members in Moreland Village. Food and beverage services are available seasonally. Across the street, the Moreland Movement Studio is the heart of the Club’s wellness program and a hub of fitness activities.

The Lodge

With a stunning view of the Inland Waterway, The Lodge in River Road is the perfect spot for members to unwind. With its convenient zero-entry access, the pool is ideal for all ages. The fitness center is outfitted inside the clubhouse with stateof-the-art treadmills, exercise equipment, and free weights.

WILSON LANDING MARINA

Easy access to the rippling waterways that circuit Palmetto Bluff comes courtesy of Wilson Landing Marina. The highly skilled crew of captains and first mates at Wilson Landing Marina offers all members access to guided fishing and waterway tours, boat rentals, excursions, water sports, and marina events. Members also have access to a private boat ramp at Moreland Landing in Moreland Village.

To further curate individual tastes, the Palmetto Bluff Club offers a variety of optional memberships. In addition to our Base Membership plan, each option is tailored to foster camaraderie across the very best amenities that Palmetto Bluff offers. You must be a Base Member of the Palmetto Bluff Club to join these three additional options.

Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club

The Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club is available to all members, but avid sporting clay fans have the option to join the Shooting Club to enjoy an enhanced experience with more frequent access to two clay courses, a trap and skeet field, an archery range and simulations, curated programs and events, and private lessons by trained professionals.

Joining Fee: $ 5 , 000 (non-refundable)

Annual Dues: $ 3 , 950

Palmetto Bluff Golf Club

The Palmetto Bluff Golf Club offers a world-class golfing experience, which includes the Jack Nicklaus Signature May River Golf Course and Crossroads, the new King Collins-designed reversible nine-hole golf course. Golf members may choose from varying membership tiers to select the one that best suits their golfing needs.

The May River Golf Course features an impressive four-acre short game improvement area, a golf shop, May River Grill, PGA-certified golf instructors, and a professional caddie program. Crossroads is Palmetto Bluff’s newest golf experience, which offers members reversible routings changed daily to provide an exciting and dynamic experience. After a day of play, a new food truck and beverage cart offer a relaxed, casual atmosphere for unwinding.

GOLF MEMBERSHIPS

There are three membership tiers available at the Palmetto Bluff Golf Club: Palmetto Bluff Golf Club Tier I, Palmetto Bluff Golf Club Tier II, and Crossroads Sports Membership.

Palmetto Bluff Golf Club | Tier I Membership

Tier I members enjoy a premium golf experience and full access to the May River Golf Course and Crossroads, as well as priority access to golf tournaments.

Joining Fee: $ 80 , 000 (non-refundable)

Annual Dues: $ 14,941

Palmetto Bluff Golf Club | Tier II Membership

Tier II membership offers the opportunity to schedule 15 tee times a year for both the May River Golf Course and Crossroads for a total of 30 tee times. Additional rounds may be played upon payment of an unaccompanied guest fee.

Joining Fee: $ 40 , 000 (non-refundable)

Annual Dues: $ 8,440

Crossroads Sports Membership

Crossroads Sports members enjoy unlimited, full access to the Crossroads golf course and vertical family privileges, including the member's spouse or significant other, children (regardless of age), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, parents, and grandparents.

Joining Fee: $ 20 , 000 (non-refundable)

Annual Dues: $ 4,280

Wilson Landing Boat Club

Wilson Landing Boat Club offers boat enthusiasts the chance to explore the stunning waterways of the Bluff and surrounding areas without owning a vessel. Membership grants access to a fleet of over 25 salt and freshwater boats and a packed calendar of social events. New members receive six hours of training on operating vessels, water safety, and navigation.

BOAT CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

There are four membership levels available at the Wilson Landing Boat Club: Admiral, Inland Waterway, Captain, and Off Season.

Admiral Membership

This includes reservations up to 180 days in advance, eight reservations at any time, and same-day reservations that can be made through the online reservation system.

Captain Membership

This includes reservations up to 45 days in advance, two reservations at any time, and same-day reservations (with four hours advance notice and approval by a Wilson Landing representative).

Joining Fee: $ 5 ,000 (non-refundable)

Annual Dues: $ 11,835

Joining Fee: $ 3,000 (non-refundable)

Annual Dues: $ 9,954

Inland Waterway Membership

This includes unlimited access to inland waterway boats only (Duffy and bass boats), reservations 45 days in advance, and up to two reservations held at any time.

Off Season Membership

This includes access in January, February, March, October, November, and December, unlimited boating excursions, reservations 45 days in advance, and up to two reservations at a time (some exclusions apply for availability).

Are there joining costs associated with each membership category?

Yes, there are non-refundable joining fees for the Palmetto Bluff Club Base Membership, Palmetto Bluff Golf Club, Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club, and Wilson Landing Boat Club. There are also annual dues and charges associated with each membership.

Do I have to become a member of the Palmetto Bluff Club if I purchase property in Palmetto Bluff?

Membership to the Palmetto Bluff Club is optional for Palmetto Bluff property owners.

Do I have to be a property owner to acquire a membership to the club?

It is expected that members of the Palmetto Bluff Club are property owners at Palmetto Bluff. Memberships not associated with property ownership are recallable.

Do I have to become a Base Member to join the Palmetto Bluff Golf Club, Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club, and/or Wilson Landing Boat Club?

Yes. You must join the Palmetto Bluff Club as a Base Member to join the optional membership categories.

If you decide to resign your Palmetto Bluff Club Base membership, your additional memberships will be terminated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are short-term renters allowed to use Club facilities?

Yes. Property owners in the Designated Rental Areas who are members of the Palmetto Bluff Club may provide their short-term renters with controlled access to Club facilities. They must register renters with the Club Concierge, who will provide access and collect the applicable fees. More information may be found in the Rules and Regulations.

Are there monthly food and beverage minimums?

No, the Club does not have a monthly spending minimum.

May family use my membership privileges?

Yes. A member’s spouse, immediate family, and vertical family members are entitled to use Club facilities.

Are guests allowed to use Club facilities?

Yes. Members are permitted to have guests use Club facilities for a fee in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.

Are Palmetto Bluff Club memberships tax deductible?

Some Club membership tiers may be tax deductible, while others are not. For more specifics about membership details, the Palmetto Bluff Club Membership team is happy to assist.
