The Palmetto Bluff Preservation Trust, provided for in the Community Charter and more commonly known as the Property Owners Association, is responsible for a wide array of community services, including:

Property Access
Landscape & Infrastructure Maintenance
Sanitation
Community Communications
The Preservation Trust is dedicated to providing Palmetto Bluff homeowners with the highest levels of service and fulfilling your expectations for property owner services and operations. The cost associated with these services is funded through a general assessment of each property.
