WARM MAPLE VINAIGRETTE 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 small garlic clove, minced Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients until smooth and emulsified.

Arrange arugula on a large serving platter.
