Slightly Increased Rates. There is a slight increase to your medical, dental and vision rates. All other rates will remain the same.

Login to Paycom and go to the benefits tab to process your elections by 5:00 p.m. on September 26th .

Open Enrollment begins on September 20th and runs through September 26th . New benefits are effective on November 1st .

The benefit elections you make during this Open Enrollment will be for the remainder of 2022. Callaway will begin offering the Herschend benefit package effective January 1, 2023. A separate Open Enrollment and informational session will be hosted in November for those team members eligible under Herschend’s eligibility criteria.

This year’s Open Enrollment is a passive enrollment, meaning you only need to act if you are making changes.
