Ahouse in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 6-12 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Richard and Stacey Lipton, of Bradenton, sold 22 Kingfisher Lane to Joel Koblentz, of Brookhaven, Georgia, for $885,000.
