Top seller has five baths and two half-baths RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS JUNE 10 - JUNE 16

Ahouse in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert and Andrea Covell, of Palm Coast, sold 69 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Suzanne and Kevin Vitale, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/4/2 and has fireplace, swimming pool, fountain and 4,080 square feet.

Margaret Colwell, Kathleen Chianese, Nancy Quinn, Tracey Callagy and Jacquelyn Giarrizzo, of Bradenton, sold 42 Southlake Drive to Robert and Cheryl Hill, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,203 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 47 Lob Wedge Lane to Jacob Harris, of Bunnell, for $301,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,986 square feet.
