VOTE EARLY Turnout in mayoral election so far: 14% More than 10,000 ballots have been cast, a 14% turnout through July 20, in the Palm Coast mayoral special election, between mail-in votes and early voting. “Palm Coast, please come out and vote!” Flagler County Supervisor of Elections Kaiti Lenhart wrote in a public Facebook post the evening of July 17. “This is your city government; your voice should be heard! Who do you want for mayor? Don’t let someone else make the choice for you.” Lenhart had been hoping for 1,000 votes per day during early voting, but the total was only 2,350 through the first four days.. Early voting is now through Saturday, July 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., including weekends, at the Flagler County Public Library, 2500 Palm Cast Parkway NW; the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE; and the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections Office, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Building 2, Bunnell.
