MARGIE HALL COMMUNITY MANAGER
I’d like to thank all our residents and staff members for their understanding and patience while we continue to work through all the new challenges this pandemic has presented. Like most offices, we are eager to open our door and get back to normal. However, for the foreseeable future, normal is going to look different. The management office will now require our residents to make an appointment for any issue that cannot be handled over the phone, such as purchasing a new vehicle transponder. We are limiting the number of people in the office to one at a time; masks are required. The management office will be installing a drop box at the front door so that modification forms, correspondences, etc., can be left without having to enter the office. Check the “What’s New” tab on the community’s website for updates. Modification forms are located under “Documents.” FIREWORKS
The PBCA Board of Directors ruled that fireworks are prohibited in Plantation Bay, including on July 4. HURRICANE SEASON

It’s here. Time to stock up on emergency items that we hope we’ll never use! Residents intending to install a generator, propane tanks or remove trees must submit for approval from the Residential Modification Committee.
