Costco Wholesale will be the newest addition to One Daytona, with an projected opening of 2024. The membership warehouse, which will include a separate gas station, will occupy approximately 150,000 square feet of the northwest section of the property adjacent to the CMX Daytona Luxury Theatre. “We’re thrilled to welcome Costco,” said Lesa France Kennedy, executive vice chairperson of NASCAR. “We are proud to be a part of the positive cultural and economic development for the Daytona Beach community.” Founded in 1983, Costco Wholesale employs more than 292,000 people worldwide, including nearly 186,000 in the United States. When the One Daytona location opens, approximately 250 additional jobs will be created.
