ARiverside Drive home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 16-22 in the Multiple Listing Service. Larry Marsh, as trustee, sold 626 Riverside Drive to Pedro Mascaro and Elizabeth Hevert, of Ormond Beach, for $1,851,075. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/3.2 and has a swimming pool and 5,298 square feet.
