Apool home on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory and Jill Dehnke, of Ormond Beach, sold 331 Riverside Drive to Gregory Culliton and Laurie Dyer, as trustees, for $905,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 5/4 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,271 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $600,000.
