Top seller has space for a rodeo

Ahouse on a 20-acre equestrian estate in Rodeo Acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. Megan Kealy, of Ormond Beach, sold 3550 Rodeo Acres Drive to Brian and Dana Scholtz, of Ormond Beach, for $1.29 million. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, several outbuildings including an additional house and 3,363 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $575,000.
