Beach house sells for $4.25 million
An oceanfront house was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 5-11 in the Multiple Listing Service. John and Andrea White, of Ormond Beach, sold 747 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Edward and Hazel Shivers, of Lakeland, for $4.25 million. Built in 1997, the house is a 5/6.5 and has a swimming pool, dune walk and 8,583 square feet.

Harriet Damesek, individually and as trustee, sold 4 Sandpoint Circle to Robert Heringer Jr. of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,141 square feet.
Joseph Palma, Jerald Palma, Jeraki Palma and Louis Palma sold 107 Chrysanthemum Drive to James and Debra Dyer, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $188,000.
Timothy and Kristen Shell, of Hershey, Pennsylvania, sold 724 Orchard Ave. to David Korich and Belen Marcelo, of Monterey, Tennessee, for $256,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $174,900.
