PHOTO FIASCO Aggravated battery on person 65 years or older. An 18-year-old Ormond Beach woman threw a metal paper tower holder at her father during an argument about her graduation photos, an act that would get her arrested. According to the police report, her father was checking the mail and saw that his daughter’s photos had arrived. He opened the mail, which caused her daughter to get upset. She told police she got angry because she thought the photos were lost. Her father declined pursuing charges. She was taken to jail.
