TOOTSIE ROLL CAMPAIGN BEGINS The Knights of Columbus Prince of Peace Council 8791 annual Tootsie Roll Campaign for Citizens with Disabilities, the organization’s largest fundraiser, is underway at grocery stores in Ormond Beach. Proceeds go to organizations that help developmentally disabled people, including ESE programs at local schools, the Special Olympics, The Arc Volusia and a statewide Knights’ fund.
