BRIEFS Ormond-by-theSea teen has been missing since Feb. 6 A 14-year-old Ormond-by-theSea teen has been missing since Feb. 6, Mia Alice Vail was last seen leaving her home after 4 p.m. that day, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. She is 5 feet, eight inches tall, weighs 160 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair, and is a student at Seabreeze High School. She may frequent the Daytona Beach beachside area, VCSO stated.
