GET IT TESTED SHAKE IT If you have a dry chemical extinguisher, many manufacturers recommend shaking it monthly so the powder does not settle.

Get your extinguisher pressuretested every few years by a professional, as per the manufacturer’s recommendation.

DISCARD RECHARGE

All disposable extinguishers must be discarded after use.

No matter how much was used, if you discharged an extinguisher, it needs to be recharged immediately.
