Dance with Flavia Beginners

Ladies and Couples Dance Workshops

Beginners Ladies Class, 11:30am - 12:30pm No partner required. Suitable for beginners as well as those with some dance experience. Each class will focus on a new dance and is a fun and interactive way of learning. £17 per person

Beginners Couples Six Week Course, 12:45pm - 1:45pm Flavia will focus on the Ballroom Tango and Rumba. This course is aimed at beginners or for those who have never danced Ballroom & Latin. £210 for all six classes. Price admits 2 people

MOVE IT OR LOSE IT! A fun session with lovely music and exercises to improve Balance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility & Confidence, Plus plenty of giggles along the way! Suits all abilities for age group 60 plus! - Wednesdays, 2pm.

HAPPY DANCING! Enjoy a lively dance workout with many different styles - Disco, Latin, Ballroom (no need for a partner), Selected Thursdays (usually two each month), 2pm.

Exercise-Easy with Anne George

A fun and interactive approach to improving strength, flexibility, balance and confidence using gentle exercises, stretches and breathing techniques that work!

This class ideally suits people who are looking to ease back into physical activity after illness, recovering from surgery, with neurological conditions (eg Parkinsons) and for those with low mobility. Fitness instructor Anne will invite participants to spend an hour of enjoyable movement that will benefit both body and mind.

Supported by Torbay Council and Torbay On The Move Back to Sport 2 Project. Prices £2 or £5 per class - pay what you can option. Booking in advance required.
