Did you stumble upon your career or was it something that you always wanted?

I am a pharmacist by profession. However, I always loved to design. I loved designing my own clothes, picking out the most unique jewelry to go with it, or even designing my own home. There is something about this creative field that always caught my interest.

What was the best advice that your mentor gave you?

Anything can be achieved through hard work and determination. Never doubt yourself!

What was your “aha!” moment?

When I started my own label almost 3 years ago, my clients were constantly a driving factor for me. I received an overwhelming response and extensive appreciation for my jewelry designs and collection. That was my ‘aha’ moment, to continue in this path.

What does nobody tell you about being the boss?

That you’re in charge of anything and everything.

Who has been the greatest inspiration in your life?

All the super moms out there that are juggling life, family, kids, and being successful in what they’re passionate about!

What is #1 thing that is yet to be ticked off your bucket list?

To visit the beautiful northern areas of Pakistan.
