What was your “aha!” moment? Well, I don’t think I can ever pick one moment. There are so many to choose from and I feel super blessed to have experienced all of them. Did you ever consider or experience a career change? Nope, never. This job has been my dream, my passion. I have worked day and night to get to the position I am at today and not once did I feel that I shouldn’t be doing what I am doing because, regardless the hardships, I have always loved what I did.
the bucket list of mine. Standing where I am, nothing is due Alhamdulillah. I am living my dream life, the best it could’ve ever been What does nobody tell you about being the boss? Being a boss, the only thing I believe that nobody tells me is that I’m being very bossy. Well, it’s not only for me as a boss, but nobody can say this to their boss even if the bosses are at their worst. Name on boss lady that you admire and how she still inspires you? Without a doubt, Mrs. Naz Mansha, is an epitome of inspiration. The devotion and the hard work is commendable and it helps you elevate your vision, motivating you in every aspect of life.
When was the time you felt completely discouraged and how did you push through it? We feel discouraged and demotivated almost on daily basis. ''LIFE GIVES YOU Everybody does. Life gives you SURPRISES, surprises, and not all surprises are good but nevertheless we have AND NOT ALL to overcome that mindset and its SURPRISES adverse effects. One must need to ARE GOOD BUT have strong Faith and Belief in order NEVERTHELESS to succeed. What was the best advice that your mentor gave you? My dad has always been my mentor, guiding me through the hardships of life. The best advice he gave me was, “Do good and help others in every possible manner”. I did, and I’ve experienced that the good always returns back to you.
WE HAVE TO OVERCOME THAT MINDSET AND ITS ADVERSE EFFECTS''
What are the top 3 things you cherish in your life? There is a lot to cherish about in life but if I were to pick only three, I would always go for my family, my job, and my me-time. My family has always been there for me. While my job is what I have been striving so hard for. It’s my dream. And to swim through job and family together, everyone needs me-time. It helps us re-boot our brains for more concentration and also gives a chance of selfdiscovery. What is #1 thing that is yet to be ticked off your bucket list? Well, I think can surely say that I have already kicked
Describe a day in your life The entire day feels like a rollercoaster ride. Being at work it’s a busy, hectic routine. The challenges and surprises of work are simultaneous so anything can come up any time and you have to be prepared. After office it’s the time with kids so their stories and usual household things and that’s how life goes on.
Complete this sentence: To me, a #BossLady is…” Boss lady is a women who knows exactly what she wants and what she needs and isn’t afraid to go for it for herself. A boss lady designs the life she loves for herself What did you learn from your biggest failure? To Never Give Up. Failures are merely an answer as to try things differently but not to give up. Which world leader would you most like to have dinner with? Dr. Zakir Naik, the Islamic scholar. There is so much to learn from Dr Zakir. Having a dinner with him would surely be a fruitful session. What advice would you give to young girls out there who have dreams and goals like yours? Girls! You have to starve your distractions as no one is YOU and that is your super power. Go for it girls.

Up, close and personal with Team René Tell us about René? Rene is a sub brand of the parent company- The Schazoo Laboratories (PVT) Ltd formed in 1951. René was formed with the goal to introduce the finest, most premium quality products in Pakistan for the consumers. We have over 7 well known EU approved companies on board from all across Europe, with more coming in the future. Our eventual aim is to be recognized as an innovative organization, providing the best quality health care, beauty

care products and services in the local and international market. How did you come up with the name René? René means ‘reborn’ in French and ‘reindeer’ in Polish. The reindeer has always been in our parent company’s logo, and now that we have branched out into a new field of fashion and beauty, we want our customers to have that association with us and know that Schazoo has been reborn in a different
WE SPEAK TO THE TEAM BEHIND RENÉ, THE BRAND PROVIDING THE BEST QUALITY HEALTH CARE, BEAUTY CARE PRODUCTS & SERVICES IN THE LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL MARKET. industry/market by introducing René. What’s your vision for René? To keep up with the current market trends to provide the best products to our consumers. Also, to drive a high-performance culture, remaining true to our values and our purpose of bringing out the best in you. We envision satisfying the healthcare needs of our customers and contributing in the global efforts made for healthier humanity.
Where do you see René in the next 5 years? We have an interesting upcoming project in the pipeline which we will be disclosing soon. So keeping the horizontal and vertical expansion in mind we see ourselves successfully capturing the market in the 3 biggest cities of Pakistan. What’s your hot selling product? We have quite a few hot selling products such as: Yaluronica cosmo textile body suits, Dermastir Sun Powder, Dermofuture Volume Lips Booster and honestly, the list goes on. What advice would you like to give to people who want to start skincare business? Make sure your research is thorough because when you are introducing skin care and body care products you have to be 100% sure as you can’t experiment with these kind of products. It has to come from an authentic background with a 100% warranty of no side effects. How are René’s products different from other skincare products? Our first and core USP is that all our products are dermatologically tested, Halal and 100% EU approved. Now we all know EU has one of the highest standards in health and beauty care products. Secondly, as sticking to our company’s core values we bring in innovative products not something that’s already been introduced in the market before for example René is the first company to bring a sun block in Pakistan in a powder form. We’re also the first ones to introduce Cosmo textile (body shapers) with gold nano particles and high technology with scientifically proven results. How do you handle adversity and doubt? Well, we’ve been lucky so far to have loyal and understanding clients but it’s also only natural for them to feel aversive or have a doubt about a certain product before purchasing. In such situations we explain them the product in complete detail and then also guide them to the products originality and authenticity. Where are your products manufactured? All our products are manufactured in different parts of Europe under strict quality measures. Did you experience failures? If so, what did you learn from them? We wouldn’t call it failures as such but initially we were a little lost in transition from a pharmaceutical market and doctors to a fashion and beauty market which is highly competitive. But it was very short lived after which we started receiving amazing response from our clientele who gave us the courage and confidence to grow and be where we are today. 2019

ARIES (MAR. 21- APRIL 20) Do you have a ‘feeling’ about this situation? What is your inner voice telling you about it? As long as you follow your intuition, you will find creative solutions to your problems. A new beginning is also on the cards, Aries. Look before you leap when a new pathway opens up. And do your share of research before you commit to anything. Most importantly, ensure that you are being paid in proportion to your efforts. TAURUS (APR. 21- MAY 21) Money, success, power, and recognition—yet another grand week for you, Taurus. Your bank account couldn’t be happier. There’s no refuting your entrepreneurship skills, given what you have been able to manifest for yourself. But could there be a chance that you have started to play it almost too safe? Change things up a little. Allow yourself to take calculated risks. Tapping into that space of creative solutions promises to take you places. GEMINI (MAY 22-JUNE 21) This week, you may find yourself stuck in a classic bad boss situation. Remind yourself that this is all just power play. You came here for a reason, Gemini. Focus on what’s good in this situation: a team that lifts you higher and provides you with a listening ear when things get rough. Supporting each other to accomplish all of your goals promises to clear at least some of the roadblocks. Some of you could be thinking about investing in a course. If it helps you level up, the answer is yes. CANCER (JUNE 22-JULY 22) Ah, the classic glass half-full situation. Where your attention goes, your energy flows, Cancer. Do you really want to give the lack in your life this much power, considering the blessings that are continually powering in? This week, the Universe wants you to stay committed to your goals and focus on making your larger-than-life life dreams a reality. With the gods of abundance smiling down at you, trust that you are being supported in your mission to build a life that’s creatively and financially fulfilling. LEO (JULY 23-AUG 22) This is the grand opening, Leo. The one you’ve been actively working towards. The great part about this phase of your career is that it’s helping you attract lucrative opportunities, and make the kind of wealth that was once a distant dream. Be wise about what you put your pennies on. This is your chance to create a solid financial reserve for yourself. VIRGO (AUG. 23 -SEPT. 23) Both success and stability are yours to keep, Virgo, and the kind of wealth that would make your bank account swell with pride. Use your power for the greater good. See how you can inspire change and motivate others to live their highest potential. Challenges, if any, will be navigational. Don’t waste your breath worrying too much about them. If there’s something else you need to pay attention to, it’s the quintessential work-life balance. Be sure you’re not tipping over to one side, wild one. LIBRA (SEPT. 24 -OCT. 23) What does the title of your biography read? What are the breakthroughs it boasts of? Don’t let anybody tell your dreams are too big. A mediocre life is not something you want to settle for. What this phase of your career is reminding you: the importance of making bold moves and breathing life into those big ideas. The world is ready for your revolution, Libra.
SCORPIO (OCT. 24 - NOV. 22) This week sees you reclaim your throne, exponentially expand your empire, and write a success story that is going to be talked about for years. While your power is alluring to some, it can be threatening to others. Don’t feel the need to dull your sparkle in any room, Scorpio. Be mindful of how you are utilizing your time and energy too. People will act petty when they see you getting ahead of them. Whether or not you let this affect your mental and emotional well being is entirely up to you. SAGITTARIUS (NOV. 23 -DEC. 21) Your time and energy are your biggest resources. Use them judiciously. When a big opportunity shows up at your door, you want to be your most centered self. Forgiveness is going to be an important theme for you. There’s no doubt that you have been wronged. But is holding onto the toxic emotions serving you in any way? Rise above the situation, Sagittarius. Be a light onto yourself and the world around. CAPRICORN (DEC 22.- JAN. 20) It’s a ‘find what you love and let it kill you’ kind of week, Capricorn. Allow yourself to be intoxicated by what you are creating. Immerse yourself in your art. You will find that there is no greater joy than expressing your innermost thoughts. But does that mean you are choosing creative freedom over wealth and stability? Anything but. You will find that the more you allow yourself to flow, the more alluring you will become to abundance. AQUARIUS (JAN. 21.- FEB. 19) Creativity requires a certain degree of detachment. Don’t be afraid to retreat into the womb this week, Aquarius. A heady mix of silence and solitude will help you heal on a soul level. Remember, things may or may not work according to the roadmap you’ve drawn up in your head. But that isn’t a good reason to walk away from what you have created. Take a breather if you need to, but come back with a fresh perspective. PISCES (FEB. 20-MAR. 20) Pisces, you’re on the top of your game and your empire is expanding at the right pace. What a wonderful feeling to see all your hard work paying off. Here’s the Universe reaffirming ‘you can have it all’. Just keep in mind that success does not always translate into wealth and abundance. You want to be wise with your money at this time. Make an effort to align yourself with lucrative opportunities
