Did you stumble upon your career or was it something that you always wanted?

I have been making my own clothes and for some close friends and family since I was 12 years old but never thought about it as a career choice until 2015. Art is something I have been incredibly interested in all my life.

Drawing, sketching and creating clothes have always been my passion but I never acquired any formal education in art.

I have a finance and mathematics degree which I think has really helped me with business and strategy.

What was your “aha!” moment?

When I realized that I am not cut out to work for anybody but myself and that my drive to be an entrepreneur was stronger than anything else.

What is #1 thing that is yet to be ticked off your bucket list?

Tots and lots of things. So many adventures are still pending like sky diving, river rafting etc.

What does nobody tell you about being the boss?

It is not going to be easy. Running your own business means that there are no working hours. You are working 24 hours and day and 365 days a year which is fun and yet difficult to manage at the same time.

FLAWLESS GLOW MIX FOUNDATION & ILLUMINATOR: To achieve an extra dewy finish that gives you the perfect glow in the sun and at night, mix Fenty Liquid Foundation with a few drops of Becca Backlight Priming Filter Face Primer. Dot it on the face and blend it evenly with a beauty blender.

SHIMMERY EYE MAKEUP:

Bronzer is a vital element to attain that perfect glow. Use Fenty Beauty matchstick in the shade TRUFFLE on the cheekbones and nose. Blend the cream contour with a beauty blender or a stippling brush. On top of the cream contour, apply Blush Bronze from the new Dior backstage glow face palette.

When it comes to creating a glowing makeup look, it isn’t all about the skin makeup. Eyes are one of the most important features of our face. The shades used to create this look are Raw Sienna in the crease, Cyprus Umber in the outer corners to create depth. Take the shade Primavera with your finger and apply it on your lid to give it that instant pop of color. The palette used to create this look was Modern Renaissance by Anastasia.

HIGHLIGHTER & BLUSH: My favourite blush is the Bobbi Brown blush. A sheer powder blush that instantly gives you a fresh, natural-looking pop of color. For the highlight, I used Strobe Gold from the Dior Backstage Glow face palette.

LIPS: Dior’s Rouge Liquid lipstick has an amazing non-drying formula that will last the whole day.

SETTING SPRAY: Lastly spray the Luminous Dewy Skin Mist by Tatcha all over your face for that flawless glow.
