Did you stumble upon your career or was it something that you always wanted?

I stumbled upon it. Lajwanti started with my own bridal in 1996. I realized there was a gap in the market when I went to multiple designers but couldn’t find a satisfying luxurious experience when it came to wardrobe.

You must always be gracious even if you make a mistake.

What was your “aha!” moment?

My ‘aha!’ moment came just after the first year when we had to put people on the waitlist for 6 months, in order for them to place their orders- that’s how much work I was getting!

Did you ever consider or experience a career change?

Not really! Owning my brand and making quality clothes is what I am truly passionate about so I never felt the need to change my career path.

When was the first time you felt completely discouraged and how did you push through it?

Any time I feel too discouraged or feel like things aren’t working out, I turn to prayer. That’s the nature of business, it’s never easy, but faith can help you through any difficulty.

Describe a day in your life Yoga, work, work and some more work and then hanging out with my kids!

What did you learn from your biggest failure?

Be careful about the team you create around yourself.

What advice would you give to young girls out there who have dreams and goals like yours?

To never ever give up!

What was the best advice that your mentor gave you?

Always be true to your vision.

What are the top 3 things you cherish in your life?

My children, my children and my “BUSINESS, children.

What is #1 thing that is yet to be ticked off your bucket list?

I want to go on an African Safari.

Zenith is a woman who did not give into what society told her. She is a woman who dreams and does not let those dreams be locked away in a small box. She has the courage to embrace whatever life has to offer her and be a doer instead of a thinker. > How old were you when you started riding a bike?

I was 18 years old. I started riding on a Honda CD70 back then.

> Has this always been your dream?

Despite the fact that I knew my father loved motorcycles, I personally wanted to travel always on a motorcycle. It's a shared dream of a daughter and her father. > Is this a hobby or something you would like to do professionally too at some point?

Yes, I would love to turn my love for motorcycles into a proper career. I don't consider it a hobby. I consider it a part of my life now.

> What obstacles do you face while traveling on a bike?

Mostly, it's the weather that often bothers me. At times, it is so cold that you can barely pump the accelerator. Your fingers are almost always jammed. > You travel in groups, however would you be able to travel a bike on your own?

Yes, most definitely. > What is your next destination?

South of Pakistan. > Are you currently studying?

Yes. I am currently doing my Bachelors in Marketing and Finance from Lahore School of Economics. > What was the best advice you were ever given?

Never lose your feet. Always stay connected to both God and Mother Nature. The day you find yourself lost in all the fame and glory, know that the definition of Zenith will be vanished. So always be grateful and give back to those who have brought you to who you are today. > What do you do a part from riding? Any other hobbies?

I love film making. I have been making adventure based videos ever since I was a teenager. Apart from that, I have a great interest in painting. > What would you like to say to all the people out there reading this?

If you think you have time. trust me, you don't. So go out there, befriend your fear and live not for others but yourself. No one wants to die with a grave full of dreams.

this week sana hafeez styles four maheen karim summer ‘18 lawn for zs textiles outfits and makes them her very own!

For this Maheen Karim lawn, I wanted to add pops of colour from the dupatta to razzle dazzle my look so I added my green Gucci bag and blue tassle earrings. I kept my shoes neutral and wrapped my dupatta around my wrist as arm candy.
