She is currently associated with The Coca-Cola Company where she heads Integrated Marketing Communications for Pakistan and Afghanistan. In addition, Sadaf is a leading digital entrepreneur and the founder of Siddysays, a pioneering fashion and lifestyle blog.

Did you stumble upon your career or was it something that you always wanted? I realized early on that a sustainable career would be the key to achieving independence and my own unique identity both of which have always been very important to me. I wanted a career that would enable me to create meaningful conversations, something that has fascinated me since childhood. I started my formal journey as a copywriter at Interflow 17 years ago and there hasn’t been a single day I regretted this choice. Each day I create magical stories whether it is a campaign for a company, or through the blog.

What was your “aha!” moment? While I’ve been lucky enough to have a career that makes me proud, the Aha moment for me has been becoming a mother. It has driven me in every way to be better both personally and professionally.
What does nobody tell you about being the boss? That no matter how much you know, you don’t know enough and there is always more to learn, mostly from people younger and less experienced than you!
Did you ever consider or experience a career change I have never wanted to change my career but it was always the evolution that I have aspired for. Doing the same thing for too long does not captivate my imagination, which is why I always look for the next big thing. From television hosting, to radio jockeying, to copywriting, to marketing, to blogging everything has fed my passion for storytelling and communication.
What is #1 thing that is yet to be ticked off your bucket list? Ah! This life is not enough for all that I want to do. But I have also been blessed with a wonderful life where I get to work on projects like Coke Studio; meet amazing people from across the globe, and travel. Lately, a very comprehensive trip to South America seems to be on my mind.
Name one boss lady that you admire and how she still inspires you? My Grandmother, Dr Akhtar Azim was one of the handful female doctors in Pakistan at the time of partition. She managed her career and family as one may say ‘like a boss’ never allowing one to impact the other. I’m so grateful to have had such an inspiration at home.

When was the last time you felt completely discouraged and how did you push through it? I’m an extremely emotional and passionate person, which is why heartache and disappointment comes easy. I put my heart and soul into the work I do and therefore it’s only natural that I take the highs and lows personally. I have a very strong faith. I love what I do and you don’t give up on things you love. So some days when nothing makes sense and it seems like you’re out of chances, you just find the courage to try for one last time and that’s usually where the magic is.
What was the best advice that your mentor gave you? Mrs. Muneeza Hashmi has been instrumental in shaping my career. She is extremely result oriented and pushed me to take action rather than sit and daydream. My first paid job while I was still in college was as a host on PTV's morning transmission thanks to her. What are the top 3 things you cherish in your life? I’d say family, family and family (this includes the friends

Simply speaking she’s someone who gets things done when no one thinks she can. What did you learn from your biggest failure? That it does not define you, even though you think it will. and there is always the next day to start over! Which world leader would you most like to have dinner with? I’m so fascinated by the women in politics, would love to have had dinner with Benazir Bhutto, Hilary Clinton, Angela Merkel even Michelle Obama. What advice would you give to young girls out there who have dreams and goals like yours? Stop and think! It is very important to listen to the voice inside your head that often gets outshouted by the voice of peers, expectations of parents, trends on social media. It’s so important to know who you are and what you truly want for yourself.
