Travelling is great fun. You get to explore a new place, meet new people and get wiser! We want to know more and will share with you exciting travel stories from a few special people in our section, planes, trains & automobiles!

Where did you choose to go and why?

While, completing my masters in Coventry (UK). I planned my trip to Europe (France and Switzerland) with my friends.

But due to some circumstances I ended up travelling alone.

However it was the best experience I ever had in my life.

The reason of travelling to France and Switzerland was to see the nature, historical places in and tourism experiences suggested by my friends.

was a bit expensive but according to the location and the view I didn’t mind.

Where did you stay?

When I was in Paris I was staying in the Hotel du louvre that is located in the city centre of Paris, the most famous and historical place, Musee du louvre. The hotel was very nice and had different variety of dishes. In Zurich I was staying at the city centre as well. The hotel was Sorell Hotel Rutli. It

Suggest some amazing restaurants there?

In Paris, there are many restaurants near Champs ElysĂŠes.

That street has history, views and it’s beautiful especially at night. If you are a fan of Italian food there are a few famous restaurants, Pizza express, restaurant Fouquet's Paris and Pizza Vesuvio. In Zurich, I will suggest visiting the City centre where you can easily find the food street with a lot of different options. There are restaurants such as Haus Hiltl Pasta and Mesa which have a great variety of European food dishes.

Tell us about sites no one should miss out on In Paris, the places that you should never forget to visit are of course number one being, the Eiffel tower. Also take a cruise boat that will show you Paris during the day and night. Visit Champs Elysees road from where you can see the view of all the famous places like The Arch, concord , Musee du louvre. In Zurich, take a tourist bus that will lead you to FraumĂźnster Church, Swiss National Museum and Aurora.

Suggest places for a perfect night out?

In Paris, take a walk with your friend or partner to Champs elysee road at night where you will find the most beautiful view of Place de la Concorde and the famous Arc de Triomphe. In Zurich, take some snacks and go for a walk from the hotel or the railway station to the famous Zurich high street for shopping.

There are a lot of cafes where you can relax on Champs Elysee and near musee du louvre.

Tips In Paris, if you are with your kids try to visit Disneyland, weather is really good especially in the months of July and August. The best time to visit Zurich is July because of beautiful weather and transportation fares. Whether you go to France or Switzerland, the best way to explore is to get a tourist bus that way it will be alot cheaper because of fairs and packages.
