It made me proud that the designs that I had devised for my collection were completely in sync with global trends.”

The ready-to-wear line will mark the designer’s debut into prints and traverses three distinctive themes: floral, tribal and geometric. Painstaking efforts were made into creating the patterns and tailoring the designs into contemporary silhouettes, giving them a ‘couture-like’ feel. With its unique designs and versatility, the Ready-toWear Winter ’17 collection is reflective of the originality, avant-garde design philosophy and craftsmanship that define the Ammara Khan atelier.

Ammara Khan muse is the modern, young woman of the 21st century. She is the confident, driven, spirited women of today who isn’t afraid to stand out in a crowd and celebrate her individuality. These are the woman who appreciate the finer things in life and our moved by art and beauty.

The CMD screens were arranged by J&S Events. The digital projection presentation was created by Scribbles, who are Karachi based and flew in for the event.

Jalal Sallahuddin was behind the fabulous tech-savvy decor. unlike couture where intricate embroideries require closer viewing, we felt that a digital presentation for our RTW, especially our prints, would be more impactful.
