Key Club International Partners

Erika's Lighthouse This is a nonprofit organzation that helps bring awareness to youth mental health. You can help by joining events and empowering teens to speak up.

CollegeWise Once Key Club members starts to think about colleges, this provides free resources to help them get tips and insights on admissions tricks.

Thirst Project Millions of people don't have access to clean drinking water. This mission is to create wells to help communities that are struggling from a lack of sanitary water.

SchoolHouse Schoolhouse has the ability to help people from home.

Instead of going out and making a difference, people can tutor from home teaching different subjects to earn service hours.

UNICEF This is a charity that is only donated to children. They help developing countries in areas such as health care, education and basic necessities.

WHY DID YOU RUN FOR LTG? "I ran for LTG to make a bigger impact on the community around me. I wanted to help and reach the most people possible in order to broaden Key Club’s mission. "

Nina Rivera "I ran for LTG because I noticed how dispersed Division 16 was and really wanted to make it my mission to unite all of the schools in this division to the best of my ability."

FAVORITE KEY CLUB MEMORY? "My favorite Key Club memory is DCON 2022. This really exposed me to the pure good that Key Club does, and how many people it truly positively impacts."

SELF CARE TIPS & TRICKS

why should we

COMMUNICATE?

1) Conflict-Resolution: Good communication helps navigate solutions and effectively solve problems.

2) Teamwork/Collaboration: Being able to communicate successfully is crucial to being able to work with others.

3) Productivity: Effective communication reduces misunderstandings and prevents errors in any situation.

4) Expression: When trying to make a point or share an idea, being able to communicate the point/idea is just as important as having it.

5) Leadership: In a leadership position, the best leaders are those that are able to communicate between different people.

6) Personal Growth: Communicating and understanding other perspectives helps us understand them or our own perspectives even better.

7) Negotiation: Successfully communicating ideas is the best way to be persuasive in situations that need it.

8) Diversity: Without communication, understanding each other is impossible and sharing differences cannot happen.

9) Networking: When interacting with people, communication is vital to building connections and relationships.

10) Flexibility: In situations that require us to be adaptable, that adaptability cannot take place without communication to foster it.
