Your Leave

Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.

Annual leave

We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 15 days of Annual Leave in the market.*

Sick leave

We want to ensure your well-being. You will have 15 days of medical leave per year with full pay.

Parental leave

We are top 10% of companies offering you 18 weeks of Maternity Leave and 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.

Birthday leave

We are proud to be the top 15% company to give something back to society. You will have 1 day of CSR leave per year to make contributions and volunteer.

Your Health & Wellbeing

Your physical and mental wellbeing has always been our priority. We are here to support you to live well and work well at Page.

Preventive Care

Keep an eye on your health condition You are entitled to annual physical examination, health education counselling on diet/exercise, periodic monitoring of health problems, family planning counselling, wellness program (up to 2 sessions per year)

Dental

Enjoy annual dental examination/consultation, oral prophylaxis (twice a year) and other restorative dental treatment. Vision

Enjoy up to P8,000 per employee per year for lens, eyeglasses and contact lens for eye correction.

Medical insurance

We support you and your dependents’ (up to 2) wellbeing with a wide range of medical coverages up to a maximum benefit limit of P250,000.

This includes inpatient care, outpatient such as consultations (include pre & post natal), x-rays, lab examinations, emergency care and out-patient medicine reimbursement (up to P16,000 per member per year). Check the details here.

Group Life with Accidental Death & Disablement

Coverage in situations of natural death and Accidental Death & Disablement will be up to P25,000 respectively.

Employee Assistance Program

We provide you and your family members with support in resolving your personal and work related problems that may impact your mental and physical well-being. EAP offer wellbeing sessions and resources, counselling and hotline services to help our day-to-day resilience. Check the details here.
