Your Leave

Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.

We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 18 – 22 days of Annual Leave in the market.*

Annual leave Sick leave

We want to ensure your well-being. You will have 2 days of medical leave per month with full pay which is beyond our statutory requirements.

Parental leave

We are top 10% of companies offering you 18 weeks of Maternity Leave and 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.*

Birthday leave

Giving Back leave

We are proud to be the top 15% company to give something back to society. You will have 1 day of Giving Back Leave per year to make contributions and volunteer.*

Medical insurance

We support your wellbeing with a wide range of medical coverages up to an all-inclusive limit per year of USD 2,000,000. It includes semi-private room hospitalization and 100% coverage of outpatient benefits such as physician and specialist visits, physiotherapies by referrals, x rays and lab tests. Dental

You can enjoy co-pay 20% up to USD300 per year to receive routine dental treatment and major restorative dental work.

Vision

We are the top 15% of companies in HK providing you co-pay 20% up to USD300 per year for eye examination, frames, prescription contact lenses and prescription lenses.*

Medical check-up

Keep an eye on your health condition. You are entitled to co-pay 20% up to USD 300 per year for medical check ups and health assessments.

Fit Club

Enjoy perks like gym pass, yoga class discounts and join regular fitness events organized by our Fit Club.

Employee Assistance Program

We provide you and your family members with support in resolving your personal and work related problems that may impact your mental and physical well-being. EAP offer wellbeing sessions and resources, counselling and hotline services to help our day-to-day resilience. Check the details here.

Platinum Club

Platinum Club is the pinnacle of performance at PageGroup. To make it, you will need to be amongst the top performers. Your reward will be a level of luxury and entertainment worthy of the best including overseas vacations.

Millionaire Club

Recognizes our top performers hitting (pound) status in their respective markets through billing or revenue. It also takes into consideration billings and revenue from other countries they have worked in. It is announced twice a year at month-end wrap sessions in January and July and present with Certificate of Achievement, exclusive Millionaires branding on your Profile, and 1 extra day of annual leave. Cash Incentives and Bonus

We offer you uncapped performance related and team-based bonus. We also have monthly cash and other incentives including Record Month incentive, Top Biller, First time hitting HK$1m in a quarter. We celebrate our success in End of Month, End of Quarter and Annual Bash!
