Your Leave

Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.

Annual Leave

We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 18 – 22 days of Annual Leave in the market.

Sick Leave

We want to ensure your well-being. You will have 14 days of medical leave per annum with full pay which is beyond our statutory requirements.

Parental Leave

We are top 10% of companies offering you 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.

Birthday Leave

You can enjoy your 1 day paid day off to celebrate your special day.

Giving Back Leave

Your Health & Wellbeing

Your physical and mental wellbeing has always been our priority. We are here to support you to live well and work well at Page.

Mental Health Counselling

We support your mental wellbeing with up to 20 visits of treatment per annum.

Health Check-up

Keep an eye on your health condition. You are entitled to up to RMB 1,000 per year for medical check ups and health assessments.

Medical Insurance

We support your wellbeing with a wide range of medical coverages up to an all-inclusive limit per year of RMB 12,800,000. Refer to PingAn’ s benefit schedules for details.

Dental Care

You can enjoy an annual limit of RMB 4,000 for your routine dental treatment and an annual limit of RMB 20,000 accidental dental treatment.

Wellbeing Club

Enjoy office wellbeing clubs including but not limited to reading club, social activities and join regular fitness events organized by each office.

Employee Assistance Program

EAP offer wellbeing resources and counselling services to help our day-to-day resilience. We provide you and your family members with support that may impact your mental and physical well-being.
