Modified Design Packages offers a presentation package with beautiful three dimensional drawings that you can share with clients to help them fully envision the layout of their landscape, and/or details of specific elements. It is a product delivered to you for an affordable price, and then included at the charge you deem appropriate for clients. It also serves as a building guideline and for pricing and take-offs.
