Meet Your Summer Guest Making an Impact Together
A Message from Your Partners Summer is in full swing, and we're excited to see travelers heading back to the Texas coast! We're also in the heart of our peak season, the time of year we've been preparing for all year. This is when every department comes together to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and maximize results for our owners. Recently, our team achieved a company milestone with 103 back-to-back stays in a single day —our busiest day ever. From reservations, housekeeping, and our in-house laundry facility to maintenance and guest services, every department played a role in making it a success. We're incredibly proud of our entire team and the dedication they continue to show during our busiest time of year. One trend we're continuing to see is guests waiting longer to book, with many making travel decisions within 30 days of arrival. That means our revenue management and marketing teams are working together every day to adapt pricing, monitor demand, and keep your property in front of the right guests at the right time. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We appreciate the opportunity to care for your investment and look forward to a successful summer together! Christi, Charlie & Terry
Adapting to Today’s Traveler
Why Guests are Waiting Longer to Book FUN FACT!
0-7 Days 16%
More than half (56%) of all summer reservations have now been booked within 30 days of arrival.
31 + Days 44%
Today's travelers are researching longer, comparing more options, and monitoring weather forecasts before making travel decisions. An unusually wet spring and early summer across much of Texas has amplified these behaviors, encouraging many guests to wait for a clearer forecast before booking.

Meet Your Guest! Guest loyalty continues to be one of our greatest strengths. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, 40% of all bookings came from repeat guests who know and trust Padre Escapes. These returning travelers demonstrate the value of investing in long-term guest relationships that benefit our homeowners year after year.

We Are Padre Island.
As summer is in full swing, we're celebrating the heart of our team and the community we love. This season, we proudly participated in the CASA Superhero 5K to support CASA of the Coastal Bend and children in foster care, while continuing our commitment to Flour Bluff ISD through the Hornet Legacy Fund and sponsorships of local programs, including the Flour Bluff High School cheer and dance teams. We're also especially proud of our team for going above and beyond to help a guest's dog, Luca—a reminder that caring for our guests and our community is at the heart of everything we do.
