Dragorossi non è il solito marchio di canoe nato per produrre modelli uguali a tutti gli altri. Volevamo creare una linea di kayak per canoisti alla ricerca di design con un “tocco speciale”: divertenti ma unici al tempo stesso. Questo non significa produrre modelli adatti esclusivamente a esperti. Abbiamo nella gamma anche modelli di questo tipo ma sappiamo tutti che la maggior parte dei canoisti non sono professionisti della canoa. Lavoriamo, abbiamo impegni e, purtroppo, abbiamo tutti troppo poco tempo per pagaiare. E’ per questo motivo che i nostri modelli devono essere più divertenti, più facili, più performanti e… più divertenti l’abbiamo già detto? Il nostro obiettivo è quello di creare kayak per tutti ma al tempo stesso unici ed innovativi. La linea dei kayak Dragorossi è molto varia, a partire dalle playboats più facili fino alle creekboats più affidabili. I modelli ad elevate performance, come Mafia, Fish e Squashtail, richiedono una tecnica di base un po più avanzata per poter essere utilizzati al meglio. La Critical Mass, al contrario, è facilissima da usare ed è in grado di rendere più facile anche il torrente più estremo. Alcuni la trovano addirittura “troppo facile”: se è in grado di rendere un V grado al pari di un IV, un III grado diventerà così facile da risultare quasi “noioso”. Ci sono poi i modelli di fascia media, creek o river runner come ad esempio Mad Boy, Pintail e Thruster. Canoe che possono essere usate su fiumi di media difficoltà, rendendoli divertentissimi. In fondo, solo perché non ci si lancia da una cascata di 30 metri o non si fanno evoluzioni aeree di rodeo, non significa che il nostro kayak debba essere noioso. Questo è Dragorossi... Quindi cosa aspettate? Andate a pagaiare con una DragoRossi e divertitevi! *Tutti i nostri kayak sono prodotti con un polietilene HDTP creato appositamente per noi. Con questo materiale siamo in grado di produrre un kayak che ha al tempo stesso la rigidità di un prodotto stampato a soffiaggio e la resistenza all’impatto di un prodotto reticolato, senza tuttavia limitare la possibilità di stampare forme molto complesse e avendo la cura di usare solo materiali che rispettano le norme ambientali e la salute dei nostri lavoratori. DragoRossi da sempre è molto attenta alle tematiche ambientali e alla salvaguardia del nostro pianeta. Tutti i kayak e le canoe sono prodotti utilizzando l’energia pulita del nostro sistema fotovoltaico. Il fotovoltaico permette di produrre energia elettrica senza alcuna emissione di gas serra, a differenza delle fonti energetiche fossili, altamente inquinanti. E’ calcolato che, per ogni chilowattora di energia fotovoltaica prodotta, si evita l’emissione in atmosfera di oltre 500 grammi di anidride carbonica.

Dragorossi is not supposed to be a mainstream brand that supplies designs that look and feel like everyone else's kayaks. We wanted to create a line of kayaks for paddlers looking for designs that have that special touch - fun, friendly but unique at the same time. That does not mean we design kayaks for experts and pro’s. Sure, we have those too, but the reality is that the majority of Dragorossi paddlers are normal paddlers, with normal skills and normal lives. We work, we have commitments and sadly we have far too little time to paddle. So our designs must be fun, easy, forgiving, predictable, and did we mention fun? Our goal is to deliver all this while also being unique and exciting - even challenging. Dragorossi has an whole line of kayaks. Everything from easy-tounderstand playboats to the most confidence inspiring creekers are all part of the Dragorossi line. High end shapes, like Mafia, Fish and Squashtail are, requiring advanced skill sets to make them really work. The Critical Mass is on the opposite end of the spectrum - a design so impossibly easy and so targeted towards making the hardest river runs possible and safe, that it’s almost “too easy” for most people on most rivers: if it makes class 5 feel like class 4, then that almost makes class 3 so easy it’s boring! So it’s our mid range designs like the Mad Boy, Pintail and Thruster that have most people excited. Boats that any paddler can take to average rivers and have a superb time. Just because you’re not dropping 100ft drops or doing 4-stage linked air moves does not mean you want to be bored by your kayak, and that’s what DragoRossi is really about. So, let’s get a DragoRossi kayak and have fun!! *All Dragorossi kayaks are made from our proprietary plastic HDTP. With HDTP we are able to offer you the stiffness or a blowmolded kayak, and the impact resistance of crosslink without either limiting our ability to mold complex shapes, or using materials which are hazardous to the workers. DragoRossi has always been very attentive to environmental issues and preservation of our planet. All kayaks and canoes are produced using clean energy in our solar system. Photovoltaics can generate electricity with no greenhouse gas emissions, unlike fossil fuels, are highly polluting. It is estimated that for every kilowatt hour of solar energy produced, you avoid the emission of more than 500 grams of carbon dioxide.
