WATER We started by making footwear for our friends and pro kayakers. We needed a single shoe that we could wear to work and in class V whitewater on the same day. Every day, all summer long.

They had to have the best grip and allow the best balance. They had to dry quickly, wash easily and sufficiently protect the foot in rocky, rooty terrain.
