PACIFICSPORT VANCOUVER ISLAND HEAT MAP (BASELINE ESTABLISHED APRIL 2022) This overview of the Strategic Plan assessment provides the Board a snapshot of the specific Core Strategies’ performance using the following parameters: 1. Developing – Below all targets; 2. Improving – Meeting some targets, below on some targets; 3. Achieving – Meeting all targets; 4. Leading – Meeting all targets, exceeding on some targets; 5. Exceeding – Exceeding all targets. The assessment is based upon the detailed operational evaluation to be completed by the ED every May for the previous fiscal year.
