Asian Pacific Family Center is staffed by multilingual, multicultural, and multi disciplinary team of highly trained professionals. The team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, professional clinical counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, family specialists, youth prevention specialists, peer partners, interns and case managers.
We offer many treatment options to the children, youth, adults, older adults and families of the San Gabriel Valley area who have behavioral and emotional concerns.

The Anti-Stigma Group is co-sponsored by Pacific Clinics and NAMI San Gabriel Valley The group is comprised of clients and their family members who are dedicated to fighting the stigma around mental illness
Our group is affiliated with the Toastmaster International Organization, whose mission is to promote communication, public speaking and leadership Members who learn these skills are given the opportunity to present their personal experiences to those in the community through their speeches Members provide education and dispel myths surrounding mental illness

Anti-StigmaGroupmembersgaintheconfidence tosharetheirexperienceswithothers.
Using the materials provided by Toastmasters, the Anti-Stigma Group prepares and teaches its members public speaking skills in a supportive environment
They receive positive feedback and are awarded certificates upon completion of levels of speech training
Members are offered the opportunity to speak on panels and community events that address mental illness
Arm yourself with knowledge and words:
Learn to communicate
Develop public speaking and listening skills
Dispel the myths surrounding mental illness
Use your voice to fight mental health stigma
