ILLUMINATING STORIES AND SUPPORT FOR MAUI’S CANCER COMMUNITY
Celebrating 20 Years of Hope and Connection
Welcome to the First 2025 Edition of the Pacific Cancer Foundation Newsletter

Aloha from Jenny Worth
Dear PCF ‘Ohana,
As the Pacific Cancer Foundation marks its 20th year of service to our community, I am deeply honored to write to you as your new Executive Director. Like the kukui tree that stands as our symbol, our organization has taken root in Maui’s soil over two decades, providing light and hope to countless families touched by cancer.
As we step into 2025, we carry
forward two decades of compassionate service while embracing new opportunities to grow and adapt. In these pages, you’ll find stories of hope, updates on our programs and services, and ways to engage with our mission. Each story, like each branch of the kukui tree, reaches out to provide shelter, support, and connection.
Your trust in our organization and your participation in our community means everything
to us. Whether you’re a patient, survivor, caregiver, healthcare partner, donor, or volunteer, you are an essential part of our story. Together, we will continue to grow stronger, reach further, and shine brighter for those who need us most.
With gratitude and hope for the journey ahead,
Jenny L. Worth, Executive Director

Celebrating 20 Years of Hope and Connection
PCF marks two decades of providing Access, Knowledge, and Support to Maui County’s cancer community. This milestone year focuses on strengthening programs, launching new initiatives, and continuing to inspire hope and resilience across Maui, Lāna’i, and Moloka’i.
In 2004, a generous $50,000 donation from a grateful patient sparked the founding of the Pacific Cancer Foundation. This seed funding laid the foundation for PCF to become a vital resource for Maui County’s cancer community.
