PLASTIC PARIA Nomadic recycling fleet Salvaging the remains of the port of Güiria, a new fleet is assembled to traverse the ocean, collecting and transforming plastic debris into temporary settlements. Within these settlements, plastic is compacted, processed, and utilized to generate general well-being for the coastal inhabitants.

This book documents and serves as a memoir of the creative process behind the design of such an operation.
