Logline

While two lovers say goodbye, an angel assumes to protect one of them, when they separate in the middle of the city the angel gives his new owner a gift that he will never forget.

In a cafe two lovers say goodbye, one of them gives the other a statuette of a guardian angel, while they walk together down the street to say goodbye, one of them remembers the beautiful moments lived together; when they reach the corner to take the taxi that will separate them, they give each other one last hug and after a few words of farewell the taxi starts and his hand moves away saying goodbye in the middle of the traffic, seeing this the other lets go of the angel he was carrying in his hand breaking into pieces on the sidewalk, but suddenly something wonderful arises and the magic contained within the angel statuette permeates this sad man filling his heart with hope.

Concept and Treatment

For the short film, the characters will be animated using the 2D technique and the stage will be animated in a 3D environment so that the city can be appreciated from different angles and views; the story is dramatic, therefore it will be set in a city with cold tones, until the end a ray of light will come out that will fill one of its protagonists with hope and warmth, therefore the scene will be illuminated at the end with warm tones.

The music is instrumental and performed on piano with emotional feeling.

The target audience is young people from 15 years old to adults over 60 years old.

Director´s Biography

Graphic artist with extensive knowledge of the main technological tools and technical skills to execute graphic communication projects, development of photographic material and 2D and 3D audio visual production. In the last eleven years, thanks to my work as a teacher at the university level, I have been able to stay at the forefront of the latest trends and updates in graphic and audiovisual production software. The accompaniment for the development of final works with other graphic artists and the experience gained in customer service has allowed me to develop strong communication and teamwork skills. My personal interests have also led me to develop skills in the field of commercial decoration and music by possessing the talent of playing the piano.
